Relief from jet lag
Do the classic symptoms of jet lag have you arriving at your destination tired-out from lack of sleep; with a dry nose (even nose bleeds), sore eyes, and sore throat and very likely a throat or chest infection? All of the above are the result of the dry atmosphere in airliner cabins causing your body to dehydrate. Jet lag as experienced on long haul and multi-sector flights across changing time zones is a major discomfort and time waster to airline travellers, both business and leisure. Don't be fooled. There is no way to totally eradicate jet lag, but the remarkable HumidiFlyer Travel Mask can substantially alleviate its effect.

The HumidiFlyer is a comfortable, especially filtered face mask which traps and re-cycles your own moisture in your breath, ensuring that the air you breathe remains moist, thus preventing the dehydration that contributes to jet lag.

How it works
The HumidiFlyer is a simple solution to a surprisingly simple dilemma associated with air travel. In essence the HumidiFlyer is a self-contained humidifier. The HumidiFlyer works by capturing the moisture in your expired breath and then uses that moisture to humidify the dry cabin air - simple recycling! The process stops you from dehydrating because you do not lose that precious moisture with each breath taken.

Hydration is a critical aspect of our continued wellbeing. Maintaining healthy hydration levels is even more critical in the dry aircraft cabin. A dry respiratory system is subject to attack from airborne viruses. More and more travellers are falling prey to the bad aircraft
air. The air on aircraft was healthier when smoking was permitted on board!

Travellers are now taking their own water onboard to help maintain hydration levels. Some are using specially formulated solutions like the Aqua’s in conjunction with the HumidiFlyer Travel Mask.

Necessity is the mother of invention
Paul Aberhart was an international flight attendant for many years with Air New Zealand mainly flying long haul sectors. He was constantly dismayed at the distress caused by jet lag for travelers and airline crews. He listened to their stories and their concern at the lack of an effective and drug-free solution to the stresses caused by dehydration, such as lack of sleep, jet lag and other symptoms.

As a result of his client’s inputs and his own commitment, Paul launched the HumidiFlyer in Australia. As the testimonials show, grateful travelers of all types - for business, leisure, sporting trips - affirm the terrific relief brought by his invention. Users of the HumidiFlyer continue to provide feedback which will in future bring even more benefits as HumidiFlyer innovates in the fight against jet lag.
